SHIPPING POLICY DELIVERY TIMES

The average delivery times for all our packages are as follows:

• Once the order is placed, we need 1-5 working days to process it. During the week, this typically takes 1-3 working days, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it might take a bit longer.
• Once processed, the order is shipped, and delivery typically takes 8-15 working days. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as seamless as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. If you want to cancel your order, please inform us within one hour of placing your order so that we can still intercept it. If you have concerns about the product received, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping costs are covered by us for every order. No minimum order quantity is required, but we are not responsible for import fees.
